Stoeger’s New Longfowler Series-20 Gauge Double-Barrel Shotguns

ACCOKEEK, MD – Stoeger is pleased to introduce the addition of the 20-gauge models to the Longfowler Series of double-barrel shotguns, available in both side-by-side (SxS) and over/under (O/U) models. Designed with long shots in mind, the Longfowler Series features 30-inch barrels and walnut stocks and forends that sport a weather-resistant stained oil-finish-the perfect complement to the matt-blued barrels and receiver. These guns are not only attractive, but also ready for rugged conditions.

Providing the performance advantage hunters expect from guns that must face the challenge of fast, high-flying birds, the Longfowlers have the right balance and weight for promoting a smooth, steady swing and reliable operation. This is what enables you to reach out to tag a dove or quail, even ducks and geese with confidence.

The Longfowler SxS has the appearance of a classic “bird gun,” embodying all the features of a traditional “fowling piece.” For those hunters who prefer the look and feel of a stack-barrel shotgun, the Longfowler O/U, features the sight picture of a ventilated rib and the positive grip offered by a slimmer forend. The Longfowler Series barrels come with extended choke tubes for quick and easy changing, whether sitting in a dove field or walking up behind a pointer.

In either SxS or O/U configurations, the Longfowler Series provides a no-nonsense dependable shotgun that is balanced right and will produce results without breaking the bank. These are shotguns you’ll be proud to own and shoot.

Stoeger ATAC Suppressor Revolutionizes Tactical Airgun Performance

ACCOKEEK, MD — The latest introduction from Stoeger Airguns is the ATAC Suppressor, utilizing the new innovative Gas-Ram Technology (GRT) that enhances consistent accuracy through the elimination of vibration-an improvement over traditional spring-driven systems. GRT also promotes constant velocities by way of an exact and repeatable gas-pressure release. The ATAC Suppressor achieves velocities of 1200 feet-per-second (fps) with alloy .177 pellets and 1000 fps with .22 alloy pellets. The simple, quiet GRT-driven action not only reduces vibration, but also the sound that’s typical in spring-driven air rifles. Coupled with the ATAC’s Dual-Stage Noise Reduction System™ suppressor makes the ATAC one of the quietest airguns on the market today.

The same engineers who designed the Sako TRG rifle designed the ATAC’s distinctive black synthetic, tactical-style stock. This ergonomic stock is comfortable and accommodates both right and left-handed shooters. The length-of-pull (LOP) is adjustable with buttstock spacers that can be added or removed. A rear sling attachment is integral with one of the spacers. The stock forend features integral Picatinny rails for attaching accessories like lasers, lights, and front sling studs. For absolute shooting steadiness optional bi-pod legs, available as an accessory from Stoeger (shown above), can be quickly and easily fitted to the Picatinny rails on the forend. An ambidextrous automatic safety, conveniently located at the end of the receiver allows for quick and easy access.

The ATAC Suppressor comes with a quality variable 4-16 x 40 mil-dot reticle air gun scope with an adjustable objective that is factory-mounted and bore-sighted for 25 yards. The scope rings attach directly to an integral Picatinny rail permanently affixed to the the receiver, which eliminates the possibility of base screws loosening and compromising accuracy. This rock-solid scope mount system provides absolute stability and consistent accuracy. The ATAC Suppressor is ready to shoot right out of the box.

“The ATAC Suppressor is the ultimate combination of sound suppression and ergonomics that redefines air guns,” said Stephen McKelvain, VP of Marketing. “Pick it up and feel the difference.”

Stoeger X3 – An Air-Powered, Hard-Hitting Youth Air Rifle

ACCOKEEK, MD — Stoeger Airguns announces the introduction of an exciting new modern high-tech air rifle designed specifically for youths-the Stoeger X3. This air rifle embodies a rugged ergonomic design and quality manufacturing.

The X3 is a single-shot air rifle chambered for .177-caliber pellets and shoots both alloy and hard-hitting lead pellets. It is powered by a fast and convenient break-action, spring-and-piston mechanism requiring only 16 pounds of force to cock. It has a single-stage trigger and is charged and ready to shoot with a single stroke of the muzzle-mounted ergonomic cocking handle. Alloy pellets achieve a muzzle velocity of 550 feet-per-second (fps), while lead pellets leave the muzzle at 450 fps.

Like all Stoeger Airguns, the X3 incorporates an ambidextrous automatic safety, conveniently located at the rear of the receiver, thereby eliminating the need to place your finger near the trigger to operate the safety. This ensures that a young shooter will be able to safely handle and shoot the X3 and easily access the safety when appropriate. The X3 is fitted with a red fiber-optic front sight and fully adjustable rear sight with green fiber-optic inserts for maximum visibility. These easy-to-acquire open sights are a great tool for teaching a beginner how to properly aim a rifle.

The new X3 features a 14 ½-inch rifled, blued-steel barrel with an integral dovetail scope rail on the receiver. The quality hardwood hunter-style stock is fitted with a non-slip rubber butt-pad, providing a 11 ¾-inch length-of-pull-just the right size for a young shooter to have fun safely and comfortably.

Stoeger Introduces Inertia-Driven® 3½-inch Magnum Semi-Auto

ACCOKEEK, MD — Announcing the new Stoeger M3500 3½-inch, 12-gauge, semi-automatic shotgun, the latest addition to Stoeger’s line of quality, affordable shotguns for hunters and shooters. Versatility, value and solid reliability make the M3500 the perfect choice for waterfowl, wild turkey or upland game birds. The M3500 handles a full range of loads, from 2¾-inch up to the potent 3½-inch Magnum without adjustment. For reliability and performance, no other 3½-inch semi-auto in its price range compares.

At the heart of the Stoeger M3500 is the proven Inertia Driven® operating system; simple and efficient with only three moving parts in the bolt for lightning-fast, reliable operation. Unlike older gas-system guns, the M3500′s Inertia Driven® action is contained primarily within the receiver; giving the Stoeger M3500 a better more centered balance and swing. With no propellant gas venting into the action, the M3500 stays cleaner longer.

Stoeger’s M3500 comes with either a 24-, 26- or 28-inch barrel, fitted with a ventilated, stepped rib and fiber-optic front sight for quick target acquisition, even under low-light hunting conditions. The alloy receiver is drilled and tapped and includes a Weaver-style scope base. All M3500′s come supplied with five choke tubes (Extra-full turkey, Full, Modified, Improved-Cylinder, and Cylinder), shim kit for drop and cast adjustment, and a threaded steel recoil reducer that can be installed in the buttstock to help manage felt recoil from heavy Magnum loads. The M3500 is available in three different finishes – Matte Black synthetic, Realtree® APG™ or Realtree® Max-4®.

“The new Model M3500, which is based on the rock-solid Inertia Driven® operating system, is affordable and versatile.” said Stephen McKelvain, Benelli’s VP of Marketing & Communications. “I’m sure hunters will be delighted with the performance and the price, of the latest addition to the Stoeger lineup.”
