Leupold® Reduces Prices on RCX™ Trail Camera Systems

BEAVERTON, Ore. – With hunting season on the horizon, Leupold® is lowering the price on its line of award-winning RCX™ Trail Camera Systems and Kits.

The RCX Trail Camera System features innovative technology that simplifies the process of taking and retrieving images of game in the field. The RCX-1 Camera will now have an MSRP of $199.99, with the RCX-1 Kit at $229.99. The RCX-2 Camera will be $229.99 MSRP, with the RCX-2 Kit at $249.99.

“Now is the time for hunters and guides to be scouting out the hot spots,” said Kevin Trepa, Leupold’s vice president for global sales and business development. “The RCX system makes it easy to setup and check on your cameras in the field. Now, it’s more affordable, as well.”

Named an “Editor’s Choice” by the staff of Petersen’s Hunting, the RCX Trail Camera System offers fast set-up, easy maintenance and outstanding image quality.

The “hub” of the system is the USB controller/viewer, which plugs into either a RCX-1 (eight megapixels) or RCX-2 (10 megapixels) camera. The controller/viewer has a three-inch display screen, and can be used to download and view images from the camera on the spot, eliminating the need to remove photo/SD cards and check them at another location. With the controller/viewer, users can also get real-time alignment of the camera’s view and instant access to all program settings, without opening the camera or removing it from the mount.

Leupold RCX Trail Camera Systems can be found at dealers around the country, and at major retail outlets including Cabela’s, Gander Mountain, Bass Pro Shops, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy Sports + Outdoors and Scheels.
