The newly designed RZ 8 delivers most of the same shooting performance as the Rapid-Z 800 . This new reticle is perfect for use with all flat shooting magnum hunting calibers like the .300 Win Mag, 7MM Mag, .300 Ultra Mag, .270 Wby Mag, .270 WSM, .338 Win Mag, .338 Ultra Mag etc. The new RZ 8 still allows for precise hold over and shot placement with a more simplified and clean looking sight picture. Performance and capability with less features sums up this new ballistic reticle from Carl Zeiss. The RZ 8 also comes with the newly added confidence of an enhanced solid crosshairs for close distance target acquisition during low light encounters.

 

 

CenterPoint Introduces CP Outdoors 3×32 mm Riflescope

ROCHESTER, New York- CenterPoint, a division of Crosman Corporation, has introduced a new CP Outdoors 3×32 mm compact, fixed magnification riflescope for close range hunting.

According to Crosman Product Manager, Will Mellon, “The new CenterPoint® CP Outdoors 3×32 mm riflescope is a great choice for turkey and varmint hunting as well as for use on airguns when you’re shooting a little closer than your average whitetail shot. It features 30-yard parallax adjustment for those close-in shots,” he said.

“The new 3×32 mm riflescope features a one-piece tube construction,” Mellon continued. “It’s ‘torture tested’ design handles not only the challenges of cold and rain but also the demands of larger calibers. While the multi-coated lenses offer a bright, clear picture, the duplex reticle provides an uncluttered image. The scope is ready to mount and includes lens covers and Picatinny mounting rings. The low profile windage and elevation turrets help reduce snags in the field,” he said.

“Choose the new 3×32 mm scope for hunting with rifles, shotguns, airguns or crossbows and get in close,” said Mellon.

The new CenterPoint CP Outdoors 3×32 mm riflescope will be available in the summer of 2013 and has an MSRP of $60.

CenterPoint Introduces New 1-4×20 mm Scope

ROCHESTER, New York-CenterPoint, a division of Crosman Corporation, has introduced a new 1-4×20 mm, long eye relief compact riflescope designed for high-powered rifles.

According to Crosman Product Manager, Will Mellon, “This new scope is equipped to handle the recoil of high-powered rifles. The CenterPoint 1-4×20 mm riflescope has long eye relief and is, pound for pound, one of the most versatile scopes around. Choose 1x magnification for close-up work, and for distances past 200 yards, choose 4x magnification,” he said.

The CenterPoint 1-4×20 mm riflescope, features a proven, quick-aim, 3 MOA center dot reticle with 65 MOA ring for versatility. “To provide the sharpest image the system is nitrogen purged and has multi-coated optics with a high precision etched glass reticle. The new scope also offers a choice of red or green illumination, depending on light conditions,” he said. The scope is weather-proof and constructed of a one inch aircraft grade aluminum tube. “As an added value, an off-set Picatinny mount and lens covers are included. This is a go anywhere, do anything scope for the demanding user,” said Mellon.

The new CenterPoint® 1-4×20 mm riflescope will be available in the summer of 2013 and has an MSRP of $100.
